Linda Nicholls is President, Chief Talent Hunter and Expert Recruiter of IMC Solutions, Inc. She has 25+ years of recruiting, consulting, sales and training experience within the recruitment, search, contract recruiting, HR consulting and staff augmentation fields.
Before founding IMC Solutions, Linda built a successful career with a contingency IT search firm, later transitioning into Recruiting Manager for an IT consulting firm. From her early days in contingency search, she learned cold-call recruiting, headhunting, sourcing and marketing and honed her skills in interviewing, screening, sales and negotiating. Through these experiences, she developed keen insights into understanding the motivating factors that people use to make career and hiring decisions. She uses these innate insights to successfully match the right candidate to the right client opportunity to create solid placement connections. Insight, Match, Connect are the fundamentals of IMC Solutions’ concepts.
She started IMC Solutions, Inc. with the concept of building a better search business model that blends the expert research, sourcing and headhunting techniques of search firms with the customer loyalty that consulting relationships deliver.
She created services and solutions that build trusted partner relationships with clients by delivering service loyalty guarantees, dedicated recruiting resources to reduce time to fill, lower fees through fixed cost, on-demand and hourly programs and greater ROI for their recruiting budgets.
Throughout IMC’s history, Linda has mentored and grown strong recruiters and HR professionals. Together, she and her recruiters and consultants have filled thousands of contract and direct hire roles from entry-level to C-suite in a wide variety of industries.
Linda served on the Technical Recruiters Network (TRN) Board of Directors for several years, contributing to the growth of the association and the development of services and training to help members achieve professional growth.
She holds a CPC and BA in Fine Arts with a major in Interior Design from the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts.
When she’s not busy working, she enjoys gardening, decorating, collecting antiques, working out at Orange Theory, reading history and dreaming up new entrepreneurial ventures.
